2. Regulatory status
Kudu is a non-custodial technology provider. It is not a bank or a payment service provider, does not hold client funds and does not itself execute payment transactions. Regulated services — fiat on/off-ramp, crypto-asset conversion, and cash-out and payouts — are provided by independent, licensed partners, including MiCA-authorised crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) such as Transak, licensed money-transfer providers such as MoneyGram, and independent licensed exchange bureaux, each responsible for its own regulatory obligations. On-chain settlement runs primarily on the Stellar public network. See our Terms of Service for details.
